Homeschool Open Play - 1/28/2026
Welcome to SECPTA Homeschool Co-op! The purpose of the two co-op programs is to support children as they learn and grow and for parents to work together to provide enrichment opportunities for those children that are homeschooled. This is not a drop-off program and parents must remain on site and engaged at all times. You must be a current SECPTA member to participate in either or both of the options below.
Two Options:
Option #1 - SECPTA Homeschool Enrichment Co-op.
Love the idea of meeting weekly with other homeschooling families during the school year? Join the SECPTA Homeschool Enrichment Co-op, led by parents.
The enrichment co-op meets on Wednesdays in Twinsburg from 10am - 12:30pm for 5 week sessions, 5 times a year. We do offer an optional bring your own lunch and play after enrichment classes until 2pm. There is an additional fee per session to participate in the enrichment co-op that covers the cost of building use, insurance, and materials. As a reminder, a parent must be on site at all times. Parents led the majority of the classes which means participation is required. Enrichment members have access to all activities, field trips and special events during each of our active months.

Session 4: Begins February 25, 2026. Registration Opens at the end of January.
Session 5: Begins April 15, 2026. Registration Opens at the end of February.
Option #2 - SECPTA Homeschool Co-op Activities.
Once-a-month, Interest base, or Field Trip Adventurer sound more like you? Join our homeschool co-op activities group, where parents participate by hosting and/or planning monthly clubs, playgroups, field trips, outings, and activities for families to participate in. There may be additional fees for field trips, special events, and certain classes and activities.

The Homeschooling Co-ops work collaboratively to run our programs. Everyone helps to facilitate activities, and it is essential that all parents participate in ways that reflect their strengths.
