About this event

The whole family is welcome to join Fitness Club & Little Frogs Downward Dogs for a 1.5 mile hike around the Ledges area culminating in sunset watching at the overlook.

In celebration of the Autumnal Equinox, we will hike the loop around the Ledges Overlook Trail. At different stations along the way, we will delve deeper into the topic of the day and night being equal and how that balance can be reflected in our bodies and movements through various games & challenges.

Our hike will end at the Overlook (hopefully) right on time to view the sunset.

Appropriate footwear and weather awareness required.
